Website information

We aim to keep product descriptions, dimensions, imagery, pricing and availability accurate. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Hand-painted products may contain natural variation arising from human craftsmanship.

Orders and acceptance

An order submitted through the website is a request to purchase. An order may be cancelled or declined where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information contains a material error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be completed or fraud/security concerns arise.

Payments

When ecommerce is enabled, available secure online payment methods may include cards, UPI, net banking and other options provided through approved payment partners. Available methods can change and will be shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

The House of Paintings name, website design, original text, branding, product photography and other proprietary website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Artwork rights may belong to House of Paintings, artists, estates, licensors or public-domain sources depending on the work. Purchase of a physical artwork or reproduction does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limitation and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update website content, services and these terms as the business evolves. The version published on the website is the current version.
